This report is structured into four key sections:

Impact Projects and Consulting: Through these initiatives, the Institute also promotes job mobility by equipping individuals with a suitable skill set to access better opportunities and improve their quality of life. Additionally, it offers consulting services focused primarily on designing and implementing new educational models.
Dissemination and Community Building: These initiatives drive a culture of educational innovation, impacting the educational ecosystem through open resources and content. They also create and strengthen educational communities to foster collaboration and idea exchange, ultimately generating a positive impact on society.

Central to the report is the creation and refinement of an adaptive taxonomy of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA), designed to map and organize the competencies required to meet evolving industry demands. Drawing from data collected from job postings for each occupation and related roles in a specific sector, the report analyzes the distribution of competencies through graphical methods, identifying trends, patterns, and key categories.

Structured to lead readers toward a clear grasp of emerging workforce priorities, the reports also offer a deeper examination of the occupational landscape. Why does Tec want to promote Human Flourishing?

At Tecnológico de Monterrey, spaces and conversations around Human Flourishing are facilitated from three areas: "I develop myself, the community develops, and the planet also develops, (...) so we can all flourish together."
