The objective of the B.A. in Educational Innovation program is to prepare professionals with a solid multidisciplinary training that allows them to innovate in various fields and contexts of education, as well as in public and private institutions. Our graduate designs, produces, implements and manages strategies, models and educational and learning solutions that respond to the new social, economic, technological and political demands in public and private institutions in order to respond in the most appropriate way to the changing challenges. of the society. Our graduate designs, produces and executes research and comprehensive learning experiences related to the development, implementation and evaluation of educational solutions for institutions, companies, public, private, governmental and non-governmental organizations that meet the needs of each segment. He also works in educational solutions development centers, educational research centers, educational evaluation centers, non-governmental organizations, government and companies linked to the development of learning technologies, all this focused in covering the current market needs in both formal education and business training through active learning.

- Design educational transformation processes, considering aspects of pedagogy, technology, policy and physical spaces.

- Manage the implementation of educational innovation proposals based on sustainability and social-impact criteria.

Exploration
- You will open your competency file and add to it throughout your degree program.

- You will participate in fundamental and exploration challenges from the area of Creative Studies, interacting with peers from different degree programs.
- You will study general education courses, selecting them from a collection.
- You will participate in a challenge that integrates all the competencies to be developed in this phase.
Focus
- You will acquire the core competencies of your degree, in other words, those that distinguish it.
- You will participate in more focused challenges to reinforce what you have learned and broaden your basic knowledge.
- You will have the elements to decide whether to deepen your knowledge or diversify and, subsequently, build your specialization plan.
- The Tec Weeks, challenges and overall university experiences will enrich your file.
Specialization
- You have decided between diversifying or focusing deeply in your major, which you will achieve by choosing a concentration or a stay, to name a few of your options. The TEC Semester is a flexible time to start.
- You will develop the competencies related to your specialization, increasingly connected to your passions, interests and plans.
- By passing a concentration, you will develop your competencies, and, on graduating, will be a candidate for obtaining a Diploma in that concentration, after meeting the established requirements.
