The Tec de Monterrey Campus Puebla, inaugurated in November 2002, invites you to discover its first-class venues so that you can hold a unique and unforgettable event.
With capacities from 100 to 2,100 people, you will undoubtedly find the best option that adapts to the size of your event, and you will have an exceptional experience.
With green areas, parking, technological support, your event can be hosted, be it executive meetings, business events, sporting, cultural and musical events.
Blue Crater
Space available on the Puebla campus to hold sporting and social events.
Located in the sports area of campus Puebla, this venue has a capacity of 5,000 people considering the use of the bleacher level and VIP area. In the case of social events, the capacity can reach up to 10,000 people using the court and stands level.
In this space you can hold events such as posadas, family day, among others. It is important to mention that a portafloor must be rented to take care of the court and place stands or the necessary equipment for the event.

Convention Center
Space to hold ceremonies, graduations, breakfasts, conferences, exhibitions, and festivals.
Located in Classrooms 4, the Convention Center is the ideal venue to host massive events such as conferences, exhibitions and graduation ceremonies thanks to its capacity for 1,000 people. This venue has two lobbies where they can be used for the event if necessary.
Different types of assemblies are handled, among which are:
- Auditorium: 1,000 people
- Tables and chairs: 700 people
- Stands: 500 people
- Cocktail: 500 people (with lounge furniture)
The Convention Center can be adapted as a smaller space with "cloths" but they do not keep the sound, which is why it is only rented for one event at a time.

South Library Auditorium
This space is ideal for holding conferences, talks, book presentations, graduations, and seminars.
The Auditorium located in classrooms 2 within the Tec de Monterrey campus Puebla, thanks to its design and its space, is ideal for hosting conference-type events.
In this space there are two lobbies, and the auditorium-type setup is handled since they have fixed seats and offers the possibility of placing furniture depending on availability for the event, including tables, chairs for registration, activations and more.

Parque Tec Auditorium
The Parque Tec Auditorium is a place where conferences, graduations, seminars, awards ceremonies, among others, can be held.
The Parque Tec Auditorium has fixed seats with a capacity of 160 people. Armchairs can be placed on the stage for exhibitors if necessary.
This venue has additional equipment to be placed in the lobby on the day of the event, including registration tables, screens, and furniture to carry out activations depending on availability. Within it, you can have assemblies for:
- Banquets: 400 people
- Auditorium: 300 people
- Cocktail: 350 people

The Tec Pavilion offers options for exhibitions, book presentations, breakfasts, dinners, conferences, among other events.
The Tec Pavilion is a versatile space that can be adapted to the needs of the event you want to hold.
Among the assemblies you can have:
- Auditorium: 120 people
- Banquet: 100 people
- Exhibition: 60 people (considering works to be exhibited)
This venue is located on the second level so there are elevators for access for people with disabilities.

Executive Dining Room
The Executive Dining Room not only offers a functional and sophisticated space, but also provides a comprehensive service.
This venue is an exclusive space designed to host highlevel corporate events. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this venue is ideal for a variety of activities, including talks, conferences, workshops, and banquets. The dining room's elegant and professional atmosphere provides the perfect setting for strategic discussions, formal presentations, and networking events.
The Executive Dining Room can be adapted to different types of setups, depending on the specific needs of the event:
- Auditorium: with capacity for 50 people. The chairs are arranged in rows, all facing forward, where a screen or projector can be installed.
- Horseshoe: This format can accommodate 15 to 32 people and is perfect for meetings where interaction and discussion between participants is required.
- Imperial Table: with capacity from 10 to 32 people, this arrangement is ideal for executive meetings and round tables. Tables are placed so that all attendees can see each other and communicate easily, encouraging collaboration and open discussion.
- Round tables: This setup is suitable for banquets and meals, with 5 round tables that can seat up to 50 people in total.
The space does not have a fixed stage, its flexible design allows for temporary installation of podiums as needed for specific presentations or events. The Executive Dining Room on the Puebla campus is an ideal space to carry out a wide range of corporate and academic activities, offering flexibility in setups, high-quality facilities and an environment that promotes interaction and the exchange of ideas among participants.
