Founded on September 6, 1976, the Tecnológico de Monterrey Irapuato campus has been providing services for excellent academic training based on competitive leadership and student development for more than four decades.
Being located in the city of Irapuato, the Campus is immersed in countless economic, tourist and artistic activities, among which the Expo – Agrifood stands out. It is also located in a nerve center that allows you to quickly travel to the 43 industrial parks in the state, which makes it ideal for multi-venue events.

Venue hire
Cultural and Congress Center
The CCyC was inaugurated in August 2006. It is a building available for rent within the Campus and has a spacious, ventilated and illuminated lobby, ideal for breakfasts and exhibitions. The room was designed for conferences, plays, conventions, among others.
Our CCyC is equipped with technology that will make your event an attractive and memorable experience for your guests. Our room has a central screen 6.70 m long x 4.20 m high and a 5,000-lumen central projector, as well as side projections and cameras with a CCTV system that will allow you to always capture the details of your event.
people Capacity 912 people in auditorium-type setup.
Configurable in 3 sections: Room 1, up to 412 people, Room ¾, up to 672 people and full room for 912 people.
It is an ideal space for: conventions, executive meetings, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, art exhibitions, plays, conferences

Learning Lab
Located on the ground floor of the Campus Library building, the Learning Lab is an ideal room for training, courses, and team work tables. This space is equipped with projection and screens on each worktable, as well as front and rear projection and integrated audio equipment; features that will allow you to carry out your events in an innovative and successful way.

Bubble space
Located on the top floor of the library building, Espacio Burbuja is a room isolated from external noise that offers ventilation and natural light that will make it easier for you to hold your meetings in a quiet environment. This room includes a projection screen and a side worktable.

Rooms i
Located on the 5th floor of the Aulas VI building, Rooms i is the ideal space for training sessions, courses and business meetings. It has a projector, screen and an integrated audio system, it is also enabled with a mobile wall that can be adapted to your space needs for your meetings and events.

Hybrid room
Room located on the 2nd floor of the high school building, it is designed to hold meetings in a private environment; It has the technology to develop them in person or remotely, as it has an integrated screen and camera.

Multipurpose Room
The Multipurpose Room (SUM) is a building located in the Secondary section available for rent. It has a lobby with a large floor-to-ceiling window that allows the passage of natural light where you can serve cocktail-style food. The room has a mobile wall that allows you to close or expand the space according to your needs. In the SUM you can hold educational and business events, conferences, among others.

Sports fields
At Campus Irapuato we have the ideal courts for your sporting events such as school and business tournaments. Here you will find 3 tennis courts, 1 soccer field, 1 softball court, in addition to the Borregos Arena, where there is 1 large basketball court (configurable to 2 small courts) and 2 indoor volleyball courts, all with an entrance access close to these, ideal for sports tournaments without an audience.
Soccer field
Open space with natural grass and with a dimension of 6,000 m2. Ideal for tournaments or leagues on weekends without an audience. The rent of this court includes dressing rooms and nearby restrooms.
Tennis courts
We have 3 tennis courts with measures of 530 m2 each, where you can carry out business games or with friends.
Softball field
With measures of 2,500 m2, the softball field has natural grass where you can carry out integration activities with your work teams and business events of any kind, as well as the perfect space for social events such as breakfasts.
Borregos Arena
It is a closed space with a measure of 1,300 m2, it is ideal to carry out basketball and volleyball tournaments, as well as sports activities.
