David Garza

Executive President

President Garza has held academic and leadership positions at Tec for almost 40 years, including Rector at a national level, Rector at the Monterrey Campus, Director of the San Luis Potosí Campus, Dean of the School of Engineering and professor in the research faculty in Computer Sciences. He has played a key role heading academic innovation initiatives at the university leading the design and implementation of the educational model.

He holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science from Tecnologico de Monterrey and a Ph.D. in the same field from Colorado State University.

He is the Chair of the global university network Universitas 21 (U21), a member of the Steering Committee of Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), the President's Council of University of the People, and the following groups of the World Economic Forum: Global University Leaders Forum, Global Future Council on Human Capital Development, and The Edison Alliance for boosting global inclusion. He has been invited as speaker and panelist to international events in more than 20 countries.

Guillermo Torre

Rector of TecSalud

Since 2011, he has served as Rector of TecSalud at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He is one of the founders of the Transplant Laboratory at Houston Methodist Hospital and was a board member of the DeBakey Heart Center run by Houston Methodist Hospital and the University of St. Thomas.

He holds a degree in Surgery and Medicine from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a specialty in Internal Medicine and a subspecialty in Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure, and Transplantation from Baylor College of Medicine, and a Doctorate in Immunology from the University of Chicago.

Guillermo is a Level 3 member of the Conacyt National Research System , and has published more than 190 scientific articles with more than 12,000 citations, winning the SCOPUS award for the country's most cited author (2012). He has published five books and three patents (2 international and 1 national).

He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association; he is certified as a specialist in Clinical Cardiology by the Mexican Council of Cardiology and certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Heart Failure, and Transplantation by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He is founder of the technology-based health company Nano4Heart and a board member of Cardiol Therapeutics and Sulfagenics, a company dedicated to the development of drugs for the treatment of heart failure.

His hobbies include mountaineering, skiing, hiking, and swimming. He is married to Maru and they have six children.

Juan Pablo Murra Lascurain

Rector of Tecnológico de Monterrey

Juan Pablo Murra Lascurain is the Rector of Tecnológico de Monterrey and a professor of leadership, family business and corporate governance. He is passionate about education, leadership and transformation.

Juan Pablo has held several roles at the institution since joining in 2011, such as Vice President for Development & External Affairs, Dean of the Business School, and Vice President for Planning and Transformation. He served as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2012 to 2020.

Juan Pablo worked at McKinsey & Company for over a decade. He advised a global portfolio of public, private, and non-profit clients in Mexico, the United States, Russia, Colombia, and Brazil, leading projects in the financial, energy, consumer goods, retail, education, and philanthropy sectors.

Murra serves as President of the FIMPES Board of Directors, and as a Board member of the Civic Council of Institutions of Nuevo León (Consejo Cívico de Instituciones de Nuevo León) and the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Juan Pablo holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business.

He is married to María Enríquez and is father to Jimena, Juan Emilio and María Andrea.

Bruno Zepeda

Rector of Tecmilenio

Zepeda has been Rector of the University Tecmilenio since May 2020, and has had 29 years of professional success, first in prestigious multinational corporations, and in the last 7 years as Vice-President at Tec.

After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering by the Panamerican University, Zepeda began his professional career in Procter & Gamble in different positions in finance in Mexico, and Chile. After finishing his Master’s in Business Leadership from the IPADE, he worked as a Consultor in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He then joined Domecq, where he directed the global planning and financing of the corporate offices in England. Zepeda was CFO, and then President, of one of the multinational divisions of Sueca SCA, based in Philadelphia, USA.

In 2013 he joined the management team of Tec, first taking over the Vice-Presidency of Finance and Administration, then the Vice-Presidency of Operations, and finally took on the Vice-Presidency of Strategy, Transformation and Digital Future.

Javier Guzmán

Executive Vice President of Research

Javier has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has held senior research and strategic leadership roles at ExxonMobil. Among other responsibilities, he served as a Senior Advisor to the Executive Team of the company, led multidisciplinary research groups promoting collaboration between industry, government and academia, and he was ExxonMobil representative at the Energy Centers of MIT, Stanford, Princeton and UT Austin.

He is a member of the ”Basic Energy Sciences Advisory Committee (BESAC)” of the U.S. Department of Energy.

He is a leader with a global impact in research and development; he led the commercialization of clean fuel technologies, managed teams of more than 1,500 scientists and engineers, and has a strong academic background. He has more than 30 patents and patent applications in USA and over 60 scientific publications.

He was a senior catalysis research engineer at BP (British Petroleum) and assistant professor at the University of Kansas. He has been member of the Board of several advisory committees, such as UC Davis, UC Riverside, Purdue U., Northwestern U. and Notre Dame U., among others. He has recently been elected President of the North American Catalysis Society.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (México); a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis (USA), and postdoctoral studies at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Valencia (España).

Carles Abarca de Haro

Vice President of Digital Transformation

He began his career in the IT world in 1990 at Grupo Steria and later joined Siemens Nixdorf as Director of the Technology Consulting Unit for Financial Institutions. He was director of the Siemens technology services business for Latin America and technical manager in the founding team of the company e-xtendnow, a subsidiary of Siemens.

Since 2020 he has been Chief Technology Officer for Banco Sabadell (Spain) where he has worked since 2007. He led the technological integration of the acquisition of TSB Bank (UK) for almost five years, a project that involved more than 2,000 engineers at a cost of more than 500 million pounds. Likewise, as CIO and Director of Technological Innovation of the same bank, he led the launch of online banking, achieving more than 11 million customers in more than 14 countries and growing to a team of 26 thousand collaborators. He has participated in seven acquisition processes, achieving a growth of more than 500%.

He holds a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in e-Commerce and is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

He enjoys motorsports, soccer, automatic watches and American football.

He is originally from Barcelona, Spain and has two children: Ariadna and Arnau.

Hernán García González 

Vice President for Talent 

Hernan embarked on his journey with Tec de Monterrey in August 2012, bringing a passion for innovation and a commitment to cultivating talent. Over the past decade, he has made significant contributions in roles such as Vice President of Talent & Culture and Chief Technology Officer, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the TECServices team.  

In 2023, Hernan took on the dynamic challenge of leading TecVentures, spearheading various business initiatives that drive growth and innovation. By October 2024, he was appointed as the leader of the Talent function, where he now champions a strategic vision focused on enhancing the university's employee value proposition. Hernan is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent while fostering an environment where diverse perspectives can thrive.

Before joining Tec de Monterrey, Hernan held several executive positions in Human Resources at renowned organizations such as Philip Morris, British Petroleum, CEMEX, and Interceramic, where he honed his expertise in nurturing human capital.

Hernan earned his Bachelor's degree from Monterrey TEC and his MBA from the University of Houston. He also holds Executive Human Resources Certifications from Cornell University and a Leadership Certification from IMD, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth and excellence in leadership.   

Hugo Armando Garza Medina

Vice President of Strategy

He was Director of the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, from august 2018 to june 2020.

From march 2017 to june 2018, he was Director of the Master of Business, Innovation and Creativity at CENTRO, CDMX. From october 1996 to february 2017, he was Managing Partner of the investment bank Evercore Partners (formerly Protego Asesores), in the area of advice on Mergers and Acquisitions.

From 1993 to 1995 he was Director of Banregio Systems, Banco Regional de Monterrey.

Between 1984 and 1992, he developed companies and projects related to information technologies and industrial automation.

As a social entrepreneur, in the year 2000 he co-founded Ingenium, ABP, a non-profit institution that provides education and hope to society in the field of mental health.

Hugo Garza is a Computer Systems Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a Master's degree in Business Leadership at Duxx.

Inés Sáenz

Vice President for Inclusion, Social Impact and Sustainability Department

Professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey for 30 years. She has contributed in the curricular design and direction of several academic projects of Tec de Monterrey related to Humanities, among which the following stand out: Specialty in Master Degree Education, Master and PhD Degree in Humanistic Studies, Convergent Media and Journalism Master Degree of Tec de Monterrey`s Universidad Virtual, Curricular component of Humanistic and Citizen Training, as well as Alfonso Reyes Professorship´s Direction. She was also Director of Humanistic Studies PhD of Tec de Monterrey Mexico City Campus. From 2007 to 2011 she was the Director of the Liaison office in Paris, France. In 2014 she was responsible for starting the Graduate School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences. Since 2016 she has been the Dean of the School of Humanities and Education.

She has a Degree in Spanish Letters from Tec de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey (LLE 85). She earned his Master and Doctorate degrees in Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

She also participated in both «Narratologies Contemporaines» and «Pour une épistémologie du littéraire» CRAL research seminars, at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales-Paris, led by Jean-Marie Schaeffer, Philippe Roussin, John Pier and Annick Louis. Since 2012, she has participated in the UNESCO-Technological Chair of Monterrey on Ethics and Culture of Peace for the achievement of human rights. Her most recent research works focus on contemporary narrative practices, their relationship with visual culture and with peace study.

Currently, she is part of the IMPULSA Committee of the Center for the Recognition of Human Dignity, whose objective is to promote the leadership of women at the Tec. She has supported the main initiatives to strengthen the gender perspective in all areas of the institution.

Jessica González de Cosio Contreras

Vice Presidency of Integrity and Compliance

Since January 2011, she has worked at Tecnológico de Monterrey in the areas of finance, transformation, and strategy.

She was part of the design team for the Educational Model, serving as a Business Architect. She coordinated the Transformation area for the Business School, with the responsibility of implementing the Educational Model, designing new curricula, and supporting the development of the faculty plan. She was responsible for the Digital Transformation area of the Vice Presidency for Relations and Development, with the goal of building a digital connection platform for EXATEC.

Recently, she worked in the Finance Department for the Rector for Higher Education, and later as Director of the Financial Planning and Project Management Office.

Before joining Tecnológico de Monterrey, she collaborated in new business development at FEMSA Comercio (Oxxo).

She holds certifications in Process Redesign from FCB Partners, organizational transformation methodology from the Adizes Institute, and Foresight Practitioner from the Institute for the Future. Additionally, she has a Master’s in Finance from EGADE Business School and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Miguel Valle

Vice President of Administration

Miguel is responsible for supporting strategic decision making for the ongoing transformation of the Institution, through the definition of the financial strategy and the investment policies.

He holds a BSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, and a MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School.

Miguel has international experience in the United Kingdom and in the United States, working as an investment banker for J.P. Morgan and Jefferies LLC. Previously, he participated in redesign processes for important government and private institutions such as Mexico’s Internal Revenue Service, and collaborated with Neoris, a Mexican consulting firm.

Víctor Gutiérrez Aladro

Vice president for Lifelong Learning 

Victor began his professional career at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1987 as a professor in the Department of Information Systems at the Monterrey Campus. Since 1988, he has held various positions, including General Director at the Tampico, Chihuahua, and Guadalajara campuses and founding Director at Aguascalientes. He has also served as Rector of the Western Zone, Rector of the Northern Zone, Vice President of the Northern Region, and more recently as Rector of Operations.

He worked for the company Celanese Mexicana and has participated as an advisor for COPARMEX Jalisco, Business Centers in Tampico and Aguascalientes, the Civic Advisory Council of BASF, Colonial Missions of Chihuahua, and for the Chihuahua Economic Development Department. He has also been an advisor for the Automotive Cluster of Nuevo León and Cómo Vamos Nuevo León.

He holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and earned his Master's degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus

David Garza Salazar

Presidente Ejecutivo

David Garza Salazar cuenta con una trayectoria de casi 40 años en el Tecnológico de Monterrey donde ha ocupado diversos cargos académicos y directivos, como Director de Investigación y Posgrado; Decano de Tecnologías de Información y Electrónica, y Decano de la Escuela de Ingeniería del Campus Monterrey. Fue Director General del Campus San Luis Potosí, Rector de la Zona Metropolitana de Monterrey, Vicerrector de Profesional y Rector del Tecnológico de Monterrey, impulsando el desarrollo del Modelo Educativo. En su rol de Presidente Ejecutivo también supervisa la Universidad Tecmilenio y TecSalud.

Es Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales por el Tecnológico de Monterrey y Doctor en Ciencias Computacionales por la Universidad Estatal de Colorado.

Es Chair de la red global de universidades Universitas 21 (U21), miembro del Steering Committee de la Asociación de Universidades de Asia Pacífico (APRU), del Consejo Presidentes de University of the People y forma parte de los siguientes grupos del World Economic Forum: Global University Leaders Forum, Global Future Council on Human Capital Development y The Edison Alliance para el impulso a la inclusión digital mundial. Ha sido invitado como orador y panelista en eventos internacionales en más de 20 países.

Desde 2011 se ha desempeñado como Rector de TecSalud del Tecnológico de Monterrey. 

Es fundador del Laboratorio de Trasplantes del Hospital Metodista en Houston y fue miembro del Consejo de DeBakey Heart Center del Hospital Metodista y de la Universidad de Saint Thomas. 

Es Médico Cirujano por el Tecnológico de Monterrey, con especialidad en Medician Interna y subespecialidad en Cardiología Intervencionista, Insuficiencia Cardiaca y Transplante por el Baylor College of Medicine, y Doctor en Inmunología por la Universidad de Chicago. 

Guillermo es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores de Conacyt, con nivel 3 y ha publicado más de 190 artículos científicos con más de 12 mil citas; es premio SCOPUS al autor más citado del país (2012). Ha publicado cinco libros y tres patentes (2 internacionales y 1 nacional). Es miembro de la Academia Nacional de Medicina, la American College of Cardiology y el American Heart Association; está certificado como especialista en Cardiología Clínica por el Consejo Mexicano de Cardiología y certificado en Medicina Interna, Cardiología, Falla Cardiaca y Transplante por el American Board of Internal Medicine.

Es fundador de la empresa de base tecnológica en salud Nano4Heart y miembro del Consejo de Administración de Cardiol Therapeutics y Sulfagenics,  empresa dedicada al desarrollo de fármacos para el tratamiento de insuficiencia cardiaca.

Algunos de sus hobbies son el montañismo, el esquí, la caminata y la natación. Está casado con Maru y tienen seis hijos.

Bruno Zepeda

Rector de Tecmilenio

Rector de la Universidad Tecmilenio desde mayo 2020, después de 29 años de una exitosa trayectoria profesional primero en prestigiosas compañías multinacionales y los últimos 7 años como Vicepresidente en el Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Graduado en Ingeniería Industrial por la Universidad Panamericana, inició su carrera profesional en Procter & Gamble en diversos puestos del área de finanzas en México y en Chile. Después de completar su Maestría en Dirección de Empresas en el IPADE, trabajó como Consultor en BCG (The Boston Consulting Group) y después se unió a Domecq donde fue el director global de planeación y finanzas desde las oficinas corporativas en Inglaterra. Fue CFO y después Presidente de una de las divisiones de la multinacional Sueca SCA, basado en Filadelfia, EUA.

En 2013, se integró al equipo directivo del Tecnológico de Monterrey asumiendo primero la Vicepresidencia de Administración y Finanzas, después la Vicepresidencia de Operaciones y por último la Vicepresidencia de Estrategia, Transformación y Futuro Digital.

Javier Guzmán

Vicepresidente de Investigación

Javier cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria energética. Ha ocupado roles de alto nivel, relacionados con investigación y liderazgo estratégico en ExxonMobil. Entre otras responsabilidades, fue Consejero Senior del Equipo Directivo de esa empresa, lideró grupos multidisciplinarios de investigación, promoviendo la colaboración entre la industria, el gobierno y la academia y fue representante de ExxonMobil en los Centros de Energía de MIT, Stanford, Princeton y UT Austin.

Es miembro del ”Basic Energy Sciences Advisory Committee (BESAC)” del Departamento de Energía de Estados Unidos.

Es un líder con impacto global en investigación y desarrollo; lideró la comercialización de tecnologías de combustibles limpios, ha dirigido equipos con más de 1,500 científicos e ingenieros y tiene una sólida trayectoria académica. Cuenta con más de 30 patentes y aplicaciones de patente en Estados Unidos y más de 60 publicaciones científicas.

Fue ingeniero senior de investigación en catálisis en BP (British Petroleum) y profesor en la Universidad de Kansas. Ha sido consejero de los comités de UC Davis, UC Riverside, Purdue U., Northwestern U. y Notre Dame U., entre otros. Recientemente fue nombrado Presidente de la “North American Catalysis Society”.

Es Ingeniero Químico por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (México); Doctor en Ingeniería Química por UC Davis (USA), y cuenta con estudios postdoctorales en el Instituto de Tecnología Química de Valencia (España).

Carles Abarca de Haro

Vicepresidente de Transformación Digital

Inició su carrera en el mundo de las TI en 1990 en Grupo Steria y posteriormente se integró a Siemens Nixdorf como director de la Unidad de Consultoría Tecnológica para Entidades financieras. Fue director del negocio de servicios tecnológicos de Siemens para América Latina y responsable técnico en el equipo fundador de la empresa e-xtendnow, filial de Siemens.

Desde 2020 ha sido Chief Technology Officer para Banco Sabadell (España) en donde ha colaborado desde 2007. Lideró la integración tecnológica de la adquisición de TSB Bank (Reino Unido) por casi cinco años, proyecto que involucró a más de 2 mil ingenieros con un costo superior a los 500 millones de libras. Asimismo, como director de Informática y director de Innovación Tecnológica del Banco (Barcelona) lideró el lanzamiento de la banca online logrando más de 11 millones de clientes en más de 14 países y 26 mil colaboradores. Ha participado en siete procesos de adquisición, logrando un crecimiento de más de un 500%.

Cuenta con una Maestría por el Massachussetts Institute of Technology (MIT) en e-Commerce y es Ingeniero Superior en Telecomunicaciones por la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña.

Disfruta de los deportes de motor, el fútbol, los relojes automáticos y el futbol americano.

Es originario de Barcelona, España y tiene dos hijos: Ariadna y Arnau.

Hernán García González

Vicepresidente de Talento

Hernán inició su trayectoria en el Tec de Monterrey en agosto de 2012, aportando su pasión por la innovación y el compromiso de cultivar el talento. Durante la última década, ha realizado contribuciones significativas en puestos como Vicepresidente de Talento y Cultura y Director de Tecnología, donde jugó un papel fundamental en el establecimiento del equipo TECServices.

En 2023, Hernán asumió el reto de liderar TecVentures, encabezando diversas iniciativas empresariales que impulsan el crecimiento y la innovación. En octubre de 2024, fue nombrado Líder de Talento, donde ahora defiende una visión estratégica centrada en mejorar la propuesta de valor hacia los colaboradores de la universidad.

Hernán se dedica a atraer, desarrollar y retener talentos excepcionales, fomentando al mismo tiempo un entorno en el que puedan prosperar perspectivas diversas.

Antes de incorporarse al Tec de Monterrey, Hernán ocupó diversos puestos ejecutivos en Recursos Humanos en organizaciones de renombre como Philip Morris, British Petroleum, CEMEX e Interceramic, donde perfeccionó su experiencia en el fomento del capital humano.

Hernán obtuvo su licenciatura en el Tecnológico de Monterrey, campus Monterrey y su MBA en la Universidad de Houston. Además, cuenta con certificaciones en Recursos Humanos Ejecutivos de la Universidad de Cornell y en Liderazgo del IMD, lo que refleja su compromiso con el crecimiento continuo y la excelencia en el liderazgo. 

Hugo Armando Garza Medina

Vicepresidente de Estrategia

De agosto de 2018 a junio de 2020 fue Director del Instituto de Emprendimiento Eugenio Garza Lagüera del Tecnológico de Monterrey.

De marzo de 2017 a junio de 2018 fue Director de la Maestría de Negocios, Innovación y Creatividad en CENTRO, CDMX. De octubre de 1996 a febrero de 2017, fue Socio Director del banco de inversión Evercore Partners (antes Protego Asesores), en el área de asesoría en Fusiones y Adquisiciones.

De 1993 a 1995 fue Director de Sistemas de Banregio, Banco Regional de Monterrey.

Entre 1984 y 1992, desarrolló empresas y proyectos relacionados con tecnologías de información y automatización industrial.

Como emprendedor social, en el año 2000 co-fundó Ingenium, ABP, institución sin fines de lucro, que brinda educación y esperanza a la sociedad en materia de salud mental.

Hugo Garza es Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales por el Tecnológico de Monterrey y obtuvo el grado de Maestría en Liderazgo Empresarial en Duxx.

Inés Sáenz

Vicepresidenta de Inclusión, Impacto Social y Sostenibilidad

Ha sido profesora del Tecnológico de Monterrey desde hace 30 años. Ha contribuido en el diseño curricular y dirección de distintos proyectos académicos del Tecnológico de Monterrey relacionados con las Humanidades, entre los que destacan: la especialidad en Humanidades de la Maestría en Educación, la Maestría y el Doctorado en Estudios Humanísticos, el proyecto de la Maestría de Periodismo y Medios Convergentes de la Universidad Virtual, el componente curricular de la Formación Humanística y Ciudadana, así como la dirección de la Cátedra Alfonso Reyes. Dirigió el Doctorado en Estudios Humanísticos del Campus Ciudad de México. De 2007 a 2011 fue la directora de la oficina de enlace en París, Francia. En 2014 fue la responsable de iniciar la Escuela de Posgrado en Educación, Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. Desde 2016 ha sido la decana de la Escuela de Humanidades y Educación.

Es Licenciada en Letras Españolas por el Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey (LLE 85). Obtuvo los títulos de Maestría y Doctorado en Estudios Hispánicos por la Universidad de Pensilvania.

Participó en los seminarios de investigación «Narratologies Contemporaines» y «Pour une épistémologie du littéraire» ambos del CRAL, en la École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales-Paris, dirigidos por Jean-Marie Schaeffer, Philippe Roussin, John Pier y Annick Louis. Desde el año 2012 ha participado en la Cátedra UNESCO-Tecnológico de Monterrey sobre Ética y Cultura de Paz para el alcance de los derechos humanos. Sus más recientes trabajos de investigación se centra nen las prácticas narrativas contemporáneas, su relación con la cultura visual y con los estudios de paz.

Actualmente, forma parte del Comité IMPULSA del Centro de Reconocimiento de la Dignidad Humana, cuyo objetivo es impulsar el liderazgo de mujeres en el Tec. Ha apoyado las principales iniciativas para fortalecer la perspectiva de género en todos los ámbitos de la institución.

Jessica González de Cosio Contreras

Vicepresidenta de Integridad y Cumplimiento 

Desde enero 2011 se ha desempeñado en el Tecnológico de Monterrey en las áreas de finanzas, transformación y estrategia. 

Formó parte del equipo de diseño del Modelo Educativo, en el rol de Arquitecta de Negocios. Coordinó el área de Transformación para la Escuela de Negocios con la responsabilidad de implementar el Modelo Educativo, el diseño de nuevos planes de estudios y apoyar la construcción del plan de la facultad. Fue responsable del área de Transformación Digital de la Vicepresidencia de Relaciones y Desarrollo, con el objetivo de construir una plataforma de conexión digital con egresados.

Recientemente se desempeñó en la Dirección de Finanzas para la Rectoría de Profesional y Posgrado y posteriormente como directora de Planeación Financiera y Oficina de Proyectos.  

Previo a integrarse al Tecnológico de Monterrey, colaboró en el área de desarrollo de nuevos negocios en FEMSA Comercio (Oxxo).

Cuenta con certificaciones de Process Redesign por FCB Partners, en la metodología de transformación organizacional del Adizes Institute y como Foresight Practitioner por el Institute of the Future; cursó el programa Women and Power en Harvard Kennedy School (2023); además de una Maestría en Finanzas de EGADE Business School y título de Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas del Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.

Miguel Valle

Vicepresidente de Administración

Tiene como responsabilidad apoyar en la toma de decisiones para la transformación de la Institución, definiendo la estrategia financiera y las políticas de inversión.

Es Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas por el Tec de Monterrey y cuenta con una maestría en Finanzas por Warwick Business School.

Miguel tiene experiencia internacional en Inglaterra y Estados Unidos, desempeñándose en banca de inversión con J.P. Morgan y Jefferies LLC. Previamente participó en proyectos de rediseño de importantes instituciones gubernamentales y privadas como el Servicio de Administración Tributaria, y colaboró también con la empresa de consultoría Neoris.

Victor Eduardo Gutiérrez Aladro 

Vicepresidente de Aprendizaje para el Futuro 

Victor inició su carrera profesional en el Tecnológico de Monterrey en 1987 como profesor en el Departamento de Sistemas de Información, Campus Monterrey.  A partir de 1988 ha ocupado diversos puestos; entre ellos director general en los campus: Tampico, Chihuahua, Guadalajara y director fundador en Aguascalientes; así como rector de la Zona Occidente, rector de la Zona Norte, vicepresidente Región Norte y más recientemente como rector de Operaciones.

Colaboró para la empresa Celanese Mexicana; ha participado como consejero de COPARMEX Jalisco, Centros Empresariales en Tampico y Aguascalientes, Consejo Cívico Consultor de BASF, Misiones Coloniales de Chihuahua y Desarrollo Económico de Chihuahua. Consejero en el Clúster Automotriz de Nuevo León y de Cómo Vamos Nuevo León.

Es Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales y obtuvo su Maestría en Ciencias Computacionales por el Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
