Your résumé is a brief description of your academic journey. It includes questions about the achievements, skills, and abilities you have gained and developed during your high school studies. It’s important that you have evidence of the activities you describe, as we may ask you to share them with us. Include your participation in all areas, as achievements in every discipline, whether in person or online, from 2019 to the present will help you create an outstanding résumé.

b. Write your essay
Let your words flow. Tell us in writing about the experiences that have shaped who you are today, your future expectations, and the reasons why you believe you should be part of Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Both the résumé and the essay are key elements in the admission decision. Complete both documents in the admission requirements section within the Tec Application.

Note: If your EUC result corresponds to A1 or A2 levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), you will need to take English leveling courses as part of your academic load:

  • Level A1: during the 1st and 2nd semesters
  • Level A2: during the 1st semester

Your academic load cannot exceed 18 credits, including English leveling courses, during the first and/or second semester.

Keep in mind all Tec students are required to demonstrate a B2 level of English according to the CEFR to graduate.
