Impact Measurement
This initiative entails designing, implementing, and analyzing research strategies and impact measurement to assess the value and effectiveness of educational projects and innovations. These impact evaluations utilize various scientific methodological approaches and are conducted externally with objectivity to yield valid and reliable results. In addition, the studies are tailored to the needsand implementation timelines of the stakeholders. By measuring and assessing impact, the university community can make evidence-based decisions that drive transformative learning outcomes and positively influence students, alumni, and society.
During the 2023 cycle, 7 reports were generated compiling 12 studies conducted in collaboration with 6 strategic areas of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Abstract
This report compares well-being, burnout, stress, depression, and anxiety variables among Tecnológico de Monterrey teachers in 2021 and 2022 and assesses changes in intensity and hours dedicated to teaching activities during the same period.

Emotional and Mental Well-Being Report

This report presents a longitudinal analysis of the emotional and mental well-being of students, using the Healthy Minds Study (HMS) and the Emotional Competency Profile (ECP). It examines risk and protective factors that impact student well-being. The findings highlight the importance of social support, campus safety, and the normalization of seeking psychological help as crucial elements for improving students' well-being.

Abstract
This study evaluated the psychological well-being, burnout, stress, depression, and anxiety of faculty members. The results indicate high levels of psychological well-being and low levels of burnout, stress, depression, and anxiety. Differences were identified based on contract type and academic rank.

Modalities
Abstract
This study compared hybrid and remote teaching modalities during the pandemic. The results showed no significant differences in learning gains or levels between the two modalities. Students preferred the hybrid remote (HPRS) and fully remote modalities over the hybrid non-simultaneous (HPDA) option. Faculty noted that in-person classes promote greater participation and a stronger sense of belonging.

Student Mentoring
Abstract
This study evaluated the impact of the Student Mentoring Program on students' overall well-being. The results show that the social, emotional, and physical dimensions were rated the highest, while the spiritual and financial dimensions received the lowest ratings. Mentors emphasized the importance of maintaining an optimal number of mentees to provide better service.

Factors Associated with Well-Being
Abstract
This study evaluated the factors associated with the seven dimensions of overall well-being in students, using the Healthy Minds Study (HMS). Changes in the physical, spiritual, occupational, financial, emotional, social, and intellectual dimensions were analyzed. The results indicate that emotional and social well-being increased during the transition from high school to university, while the physical, spiritual, and occupational dimensions showed declines.

Educational Spaces 2021-2022
Abstract
This study evaluated the impact of Educational Spaces on students' achievement of sub-competencies, using a mixed-methods and quasi-experimental approach. The results indicate that educational model classrooms enhance communication and challenge development compared to traditional classrooms. Both faculty and students preferred the educational model classrooms for their setup and ability to promote interaction.

Este estudio evaluó el impacto del Programa de Mentoreo Estudiantil en el bienestar integral de los estudiantes. Factores Asociados al Bienestar
Resumen
Este estudio evaluó los factores asociados a las siete dimensiones del bienestar integral en estudiantes, utilizando el Healthy Minds Study (HMS). Se analizaron cambios en las dimensiones física, espiritual, ocupacional, financiera, emocional, social e intelectual. Los resultados indican que el bienestar emocional y social aumentó con la transición de la preparatoria a la universidad, mientras que las dimensiones física, espiritual y ocupacional mostraron disminuciones.

Espacios Educativos 2021 - 2022
Resumen
Este estudio evaluó el impacto de los Espacios Educativos en el logro de subcompetencias de los estudiantes, utilizando un enfoque metodológico mixto y cuasi experimental. Los resultados indican que las aulas del modelo educativo favorecen la comunicación y el desarrollo de retos en comparación con las aulas tradicionales. Tanto profesores como estudiantes prefirieron las aulas del modelo educativo por su configuración y capacidad para promover la interacción.

Líder de Generación
Postúlate o postula
En 2015 se creó el programa Líder de Generación (LDG) con el objetivo de identificar EXATEC de cada generación que sean voceros entre sus colegas y amistades, les comuniquen las últimas noticias del Tec y les inviten a participar en los eventos que organiza su campus.
¿Qué es un líder de generación?
EXATEC colega de generación optimista y entusiasta a quien reconoces como líder de tu grupo, quien les motiva a mantener y fortalecer los lazos entre ustedes y su "alma mater".
Puedes identificar fácilmente a tu líder de generación contestando las siguientes preguntas:
- ¿Quién organiza nuestras reuniones de compañeros del Tec?
- ¿Quién administra el grupo de WhatsApp o redes sociales?
- ¿A quién buscamos para organizar una reunión?
¿Por qué ser líder de generación?
- Quien es LDG pertenece a una comunidad de líderes EXATEC que la Institución reconoce a nivel global.
- Quien es líder es portavoz del espíritu y orgullo del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Quien es líder funge como un vínculo que fortalece para toda la vida la unión de un grupo de colegas y amigos, pues inspira confianza y transmite entusiasmo.
¿Quién puede ser líder de generación?
Puede ser líder de generación quien:
- Egresa de preparatoria, profesional o posgrado del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Tiene entusiasmo y orgullo de pertenecer a su "alma mater".
- Tiene el respeto y la atención de sus compañeros de generación.
- Posee sencillez, empatía y actitud de servicio.
- Se caracteriza por su proactividad y capacidad de motivar a la acción.
- Posee una trayectoria universitaria integral, con proactividad estudiantil (liderazgo, historial de actividades deportivas, artísticas, de voluntariado, etc.) o una trayectoria personal y profesional posterior a su vida estudiantil que le ha permitido el reconocimiento de sus colegas.
Conoce a tus líderes de generación
Objetivos de la convocatoria 2022:
- Postular a un colega. Si en tus colegas de generación identificas a esa persona que organiza excelentes encuentros y mantiene unido a su grupo de EXATEC, ¡puedes postularle como líder de generación!
- Autopostularte. Participa si te identificas con el perfil de líder de generación y deseas informar y actualizar a tus colegas y amistades sobre las noticias del Tec y los eventos que la Institución organiza para EXATEC.
¿Cómo se integra cualquier líder al programa?
Identifica a tu colega de generación que siempre fue líder natural, que tiene poder de convocatoria y siempre está al tanto del resto del grupo.

On different occasions we´ve been recognized by the National Association of College Stores.
Our stores entered a contest called Annual Store Design Showcase, where they have to select the top 5 new or remodeled stores, which must show the spirit in both products and structures.
- In 2018, they published the stores of Santa Fe Campus and Estado de México Campus.

Our stores entered a contest called Annual Store Design Showcase, where they have to select the top 5 new or remodeled stores, which must show the spirit in both products and structures.
- In 2018, they published the stores of Santa Fe Campus and Estado de México Campus.
- In 2019, they published the store of Estadio Banorte, la casa de los Borregos; located in Monterrey.
- In 2020, they published the store of Monterrey Campus.
- In 2021, they published the store of Ciudad de México Campus.
This year, we have made a publication of the virtual mirror, with the purpose of being internationally recognized by people interested in College Retail.

Our goal is to offer opportunities for all talented young people in Mexico access quality higher education that transforms their lives and adds value to the country's development.
Talent is distributed equally but opportunities are not. Líderes del Mañana is the program that builds transformative leaders, ready to make social impact. The program is geared towards bright young people who require 100% financial support to study and earn a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, who believe in the transformative potential of education, more than 1,300 students have access to quality education and have received a 100% scholarship to fulfill their dream of earning their undergraduate degree at our institution.

We work for interaction, and collaboration of talents from different disciplines, to understand and provide solutions to the global problem of obesity.We focus on 4 main objectives:

This initiative seeks to create a community of people who contribute with their genomic and clinical data, to solve the great problems of humanity.
We are creating an open platform with the genomic and epidemiological data of 100,000 Mexicans so that through research, innovation, training, and entrepreneurship we can improve the health and promote the flourishing of people in our society.
This genomic information will help us understand the DNA structure of the population and will enable us to define specific risk associations in the population around metabolic and chronic diseases that may depend on the interaction of genes.

Iniciativa que busca crear una comunidad de personas que contribuya con sus datos genómicos y clínicos, para resolver los grandes problemas de la humanidad.
Estamos creando una plataforma abierta de datos genómicos y epidemiológicos de 100,000 mexicanos para que a través de la investigación, la innovación, la formación y el emprendimiento impulsemos el desarrollo de la salud así como el florecimiento de la sociedad.
Esta información genómica nos ayudará a conocer la estructura del ADN de la población y permitirá hacer asociaciones específicas de riesgos en la población en torno a enfermedades metabólicas y crónicas que pueden depender de la interacción de los genes.
