Gestores Culturales is an annual training program designed to develop social leadership through art and culture.
Its goal is to train students capable of designing, implementing, and communicating cultural projects with social impact.

Throughout the year, participants:
- Develop a cultural project.
- Receive specialized training.
- Work on leadership, management, and strategic vision.
- Present a final pitch.
- Implement their initiative.
The 2025 edition was developed in collaboration with Fundación FEMSA and the FARO model.
It is a program with a 100% scholarship.

The first cohort graduated in February.
The call for applications opens in August.
