Accessing and consulting of collections
The special collections of the Tecnológico de Monterrey are available for consultation by the students and collaborators of our institution, as well as the academic community and the general public. However, in order to preserve these cultural assets, it is necessary to comply with certain basic standards that contribute to protecting the materials, to ensure their preservation. The basic access and consultation manuals for each type of collection will be described below.
Documentary collections
Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Special Collections are available to students and collaborators of our institution, as well as to the academic community and general public. However, in order to preserve and protect these cultural assets, certain basic standards must be met, as described in the Access and consultation guide for Tecnológico de Monterrey’s special collections (Spanish version). Materials can be consulted on the Tecnológico de Monterrey libraries portal and by contacting the persons in charge of the collections, to obtain references and arrange an appointment.

The works of art of in Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Art Heritage can be borrowed for exhibitions and/or photographic records by students, collaborators and the academic community of this and other institutions, as well as the general public. However, in order to preserve and protect these cultural assets, certain basic standards and copyrights must be met, as described in the Tecnológico de Monterrey art heritage usage guide (Spanish version). To consult the list of works available at a specific campus, please contact the Art Heritage area for references and to arrange an appointment.
