As part of your registration as a participant in the LiveOnLine, ITESM will collect and process the following categories of personal data: identification (image and voice), contact (including those from your social networks), academic, employment, and professional experience.
Moreover, in order to fulfill the primary and necessary purposes indicated herein, ITESM will not collect or process any sensitive personal data.
Primary purposes
- ITESM will process your personal information for the following primary and necessary purposes:
- To address, record, and follow up on your request(s) for information.
- To validate the veracity and quality of the information you provided.
- To comply with the admission and enrollment terms, requirements, and procedures for the requested course.
- To arrange and manage electronic access to the systems and technological infrastructure used by ITESM.

- To follow up on the progress of your enrollment.
- To process payments and invoicing of the services, where appropriate.
- To send you surveys and evaluations related to the service provided.
- To issue the documents that prove you have completed the course.
We should like to inform you that you cannot ask ITESM to cease from processing your data for the aforementioned primary and necessary purposes, since such processing is necessary to comply with the obligations derived from the legal relationship established with you.
Secondary purposes

- To send you information related to other educational programs, courses, diploma courses, seminars, certificate programs, symposia, workshops, events, and scholarship calls.
