The different payment methods available for tuition fees and any related services (e.g. insurance, transportation, accommodations, etc.) are:
- Cash payments:
- In Oxxo Pay, payments up to 10,000 pesos per transaction.
- At the bank teller window through institutions such as Banorte, BBVA, Citibanamex, Santander, and HSBC.
- Payment by POS (Point of Sale) with a credit or debit card.
- Electronic transfer:
- National: From your personal mobile banking
- International: Citibanamex Universal Banking Account
- Online payments through the student, alumni, and parents’ portal on the Web Account Statement and/or Enrollment system:
- National:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Carnet, American Express, and others.
- SPEI (Mexican interbank electronic funds transfer system).
- International and national:
- PayPal with credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, among others
- International
- Flywire payments, credit and debit cards, and international transfers
- Payment with TEC Educational Investment.
To make your online payments or download your forms, you can do so by accessing the mitec portal for parents, students, and/or alumni within the Web Account Statement, or you can pick it up at TecServices.
It is important to remember that online payments are reflected immediately in the Tec Account Statement. Payments made at bank tellers are reflected the next business day after noon, or up to a maximum of 72 hours (on weekends).
